- Stairway to terrace completely rebuilt.
- Major rewiring of main electrical input as well as a/c units, security spots, and new wiring for decorative outdoor sconces.
- Repair work and sealing of porch roof to the main roof.
- Concrete roof sealed with StableCrete.
- Painting of the entire exterior and parts of the interior of the home.
